Shipping Policy and Rates

U.S. Shipping:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - $5.00

Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) - $14.00

Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) on U.S. orders over $100

International Shipping:

Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) - $25.00

Return Policy

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopdivina.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items are final sale and cannot be returned, such as bodysuits, earrings, custom items, Kansas City merch, and face masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit amounting your order total before taxes. The store credit code cannot be used on pre-order items. For any questions, please email hello@shopdivina.co.
